My question is on the prospects...my fear is that if I enter people in there they won't count for NV if they don't order in the same month. Additionally if they are in the system as a prospect will they still qualify for getting a promo code like with the current 10% off for new clients?

@tina I'm currently adding product info to the Notes feature in the customer card to track it for myself so I don't have to look it up every time. I track which skincare system she's using (countermatch, countertime, etc.) and things like foundation or dew skin shade, as well as details like her husband's and kids' names etc.

@tina if you go to quick order. start an order for your client then to the left click on recent orders. you will see the last couple of orders for that specific client and you can just add the items to the cart.
